Got a referral to go see someone from a member of our congregation.
The member said he'd been praying to find someone that is ready for the
Gospel of Jesus Christ to be in their lives. That day David walked into
his home and he talked about the Gospel with him, got his address and
gave it to us to go see him.
We went over late Thursday night. He was home with his fiance and
roommate. We talked for a few minutes and they wanted us to come back to
see them. So we set up an appointment, and brought the member over.
Then we had the lesson with them, they committed themselves to come to
church! They showed up at church and Loved It!! They said they'd give up
watching wrestling so we could come over tonight! wow. They are so
invested in learning. It's so awesome!! The Gospel is true. Prayers are
answered.
