I love this recipe! It's kinda common sense, but wonderful if made just right:) And the best part is "just right" is according to your own taste. Here's what I did last night for mine:
Sweet Potatoes
Oil (I used Canola Oil)
Seasonings (I used southwest chipotle seasoning)
Sugar (1tbl / sweet potato)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut your potatoes into slices or wedges or what every semi thin shape you'd like. Shake in a bowl with oil and desired seasonings and the sugar until completely coated. Spread onto a cookie sheet with raised edges. Place in oven for about 15 minutes. Flip them over and place in oven for another 15 minutes.
ENJOY them:)
PS. What is the right way to spell Potatoe? Potato? hmmm....
